Cut or bulk??

Hi everyone

I have decided to bulk this week
after cutting a bit but my renpho scale still says I'm 20% body fat. I've read to reach 15 percent before bulking but am stuck on whether to cut or bulk now. Any advice. My strength resistance training is on point now and train 4-6 days a week. Thanks

    How long have you been cutting and how long do you plan on bulking?

    What sort of calories are you currently and planning to consume?

    BMI scales can’t be trusted if you’re quite muscular.

    A body weight cale will not be accurate on body fat percentages.

    Do you have pics you can post? Ideally, you would want to be sub 15% before you bulk. 20% would be over fat.

    While I agree with this in general, I will add the caveat that it depends on your goals. I think I remember reading some research that at a lower bodyfat there is slightly better nutrient partitioning. If you don't mind carrying some extra BF, bulk. If you want to have a more defined body, start a bulk at a lower BF and there is less of a cut later. JMHO
