Need motivation to get your daily steps in?
This is a monthly challenge to get your steps in. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - You set what your daily/monthly step count is. You can also jump in anytime during the month, too.
You will need a step counter, i.e., FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin or whatever other tracker you use, to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

I think at the end of this month I'm going to discontinue this challenge, as there hasn't been much activity on here.0

What do I need to do to join? I don’t see anything on the page that’s says “join”. Stinks that you will be discontinuing this challenge after this month. I’ve been looking all over my other apps for something like this and it just doesn’t exist. I just needed something to push me a little and hold me accountable. Thanks.0

@spazinaries79 Nothing to join..just keep track of your steps & post it on here. @IamIamsmakeover Sorry to hear you might discontinue this challenge. I remember when we had lots of people contributing. (last fall maybe?) I have not been real consistent with posting, but am still trying to do my steps. I will be OK with whatever you decide.0

Don't do that - I've only just found it!
I have set my bottom line at 12,000 steps a day but try for 15,000.
My steps so far today is 13,746 (will probably make just over 14,000)
Total for the week just finishing is 93,633 (average 13,376). I had a dip on Wednesday when it was raining and we were away in my motorhome so walking indoors was not an option!

My Goal is to raise steps per day by 500 steps weekly until I can get to 10,000 steps per day and then keep it there. My Average is pretty low. I’ve got a stationary job and It’s been a really long time since I’ve tried to get myself back into shape. These are my first steps! The last couple weeks I’ve had an average between 4500 and 5000 so this weeks goal is 5500 steps per day. I’m so pumped!!! Let’s do this!!!1
