Sorry I may be a little stupid but what is 30DS and NSV?

    NSV = Non Scale Victory

    30DS is some sort of exercise program....from the US I think. NSV is non scale victory.....something you achieve that doesn't specifically involve weight e.g. getting into your old smaller jeans.
