I joined MFP awhile back, but have to admit I've mostly just been keeping track of things in Excel. I haven't really been tracking calories, but came up with a list of foods I could have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then gave away or threw out everything else and have just been sticking to those meals. My exercise has consisted of 1 hour pool jogging or 1/2 hour walks every day. A report by week from my excel sheet is below:

While weight loss is not usually linear, I've been amazed at the tightness of fit to the trend line. I think it has to do with the insane consistency in my diet.

Breakfast: 6 eggs
Lunch: 4 Cups mixed greens, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, one chicken breast, 1 can shrimp, 4 tblsp ceasar salad dressing (Blue Table).
Snack: 2 cups blueberries or watermelon or 1 cup peaches
Dinner: 1 bag Liquids and Solids "Naughty Thai" Chicken Soup w/ 2 tblsp Sambal (~630 cals).
Exercise: 1 hour pool joggin or 1/2 hour walk (flat surface).7 -
