Introduction

Hi, I am Shea. I am 49, have a busy life with work, 3 kids, volunteer work, etc. I started having health issues last year and I realized I really need to take the time to get healthy before it's too late. I was off to a great start, lost over 30lbs, then COVID happened and I have lost all of the progress I made last year. I am restarting again, and am 5 days in so far, so feeling like I have a little momentum, hoping to keep it going all the way this time!!

    Hello- I am Rosie, working mother of 3 fabulous adult children. I used to be a runner and in great shape, then quit for the last 10 yrs but kept my gigantic appetite. So, here I am trying to undo 10 yrs of weight gain and I want to do it all in 1 month! :D I'm taking one day at a time and think this tool will help me get to where I need to be. Thank you- need to lose 90 pounds- wooo!!
