I'm ready for some hard work! This year was stressful but I feel that I am ready to get myself back on track. Last month I started a walking club with the help of two friends. The fact that I started the club obligates me to be there twice a week. And it's a great way to meet new friends. There are also a few of us that walk in 5k's. That's awesome hun! I want to do a 5K next year. It's one of my goals. Lots and lots of luck with the club and getting back on the healthy track! This sounds like it will definitely help!0
