    I am starting this late in the month. Just weighed myself after a long time and I have gained over 10 lbs in a short while. Starting at one of my highest weights...again!! Want to try and be down 15lbs by Christmas!

    October 15: 165 lbs - the highest I've been in 3 years. I just don't understand what's going on.

    I just started my newest journey yesterday. I’ve gained 13lbs since January and want to get it off plus some. Working out has never been a problem for me but the nutrition always has been... focusing on that this time around. 🀞🏻

    10/15- 189.0 This was even after a date night last night! Also hit the gym a second time today!

    Short term goal weight: 182
    I’m not sure why 182, it just seems like a good number to remove some of the extra puffiness I feel on a daily basis, get me out of the β€˜obese’ BMI category, and make me feel like I’m actually doing some good with my diet and fitness plan. (8lb weight loss goal)

    Mid term goal weight: 168
    Last time I dieted, I got down to where I was averaging high 160s and I felt SO GOOD. My body felt so healthy. I’m ready for that again. (22lb weight loss goal)

    Long term goal weight: 154
    Apparently this is what would put me in the β€˜normal’ BMI weight range. I’m not into the BMI scale, but I’ve always wanted to try to touch 150, so to be close to that goal and be considered normal on a weight scale would make me feel pretty good. I think I could chill around the lower end of 150s and feel pretty healthy and satisfied. (36lb weight loss goal)
