Running a half marathon this Sunday! My first race ever! π¬

October 14: 162.6 lbs - water I think.
We are pretty much the same weight.. gained 13 lbs since January and feel yuck. Would love to be down 15 by xmas and then some more on the new year

I am starting this late in the month. Just weighed myself after a long time and I have gained over 10 lbs in a short while. Starting at one of my highest weights...again!! Want to try and be down 15lbs by Christmas!

October 15: 165 lbs - the highest I've been in 3 years. I just don't understand what's going on.
October 16: 162.6 lbs - water I think
October 17: 163.6 - I binged late night on chips and cake. I don't seem to be able to break the nightly binges2 -

Starting weight 380 August 3. 2020
Current Weight : 360 October 13,2020 *Which was my 41st birthday)
Goal For October: 3 to 10 more pounds (5 is a happy medium too)
Goal to meet by January 1st 2020 is : 330/340.. Hopeful I can reach it!
My first Goal was 10 pounds,, from August 3rd to the 28 if September 28th I lost 17! So far from September 28 to October 13th Ive lost 3... I got to do this.0 -

I just weighed myself on my new scale this morning. It's gonna be tempting to weigh myself every day but I think I'm going to stick to one a week for sanity's sake. I'm already being really meticulous about my food!

Waist measurement (at belly button): 32.5 in. Last time I checked it was 35 so making progress!
Since I've already almost made it to October's goal weight of 150, I'm gonna move that to 149.5 for end of October.
I haven't been eating all of my 1720 calories but I'm going to start so that I'm not being too aggressive.
