Snack Time

What is your go to snack?

My dietician wants me to stick more to fruits, veggies or seeds. I been doing apples, bananas, pineapples, grapes, sweet potatoes , cucumbers or this trail mix of seeds.

    Raw almonds, walnuts, and pecans. Calorie dense, but very good. Bananas and apples, and raw veggies.

    Since I dont eat a lot of protein throughout the day I eat beef jerky as my snack

    Raspberries. At least one cup per day.
