Last Quarter of 2020- Join me in losing 20 pounds by end of 2020

Hi. I need support and motivation. I am going all in towards treating my self kindly and honoring my body with movement, healthy eating, and mindfulness. I am going to selfishly put myself first these last 10 weeks to kick start 2021! Who wants to join me? I commit to tracking my foods, exercising for at least 60 minutes a day, drinking at least 8 cups of water, increasing more fruits/veggies, and less sugar and less eating out. I am not eliminating any food from my diet. This is just simple healthy practices I will be embedding into my Rona routine.

I'm totally in! Would love to lose 20 by Dec! I restarted my keto diet and started doing intermittent fasting 16:8. Try to exercise when I can but I'm exclusively breastfeeding so that's a workout 😁.

Is it too late to be in this group? I too would love to lose 20 (more) by Christmas! Thanks for doing this. I'm also restarting my keto/gluten free diet. I try to walk 1-3 miles every day and lift some free weights every now and then. I'm Teresa in central Ohio and my weigh-in days are usually Wednesdays. I need something like this to keep me active on MFP, to keep me accountable, and to help me to reach my goals! Nice to meet you all! (PS, I'm also fasting this week, so although the weight may seem to "fall" off this week, it will level back next week)!

Update: My stress level and poor quality sleep is really affecting my weight loss 😩 too much family *kitten* happening right...but I'll take the 2 lbs

Sorry to be awol, I over-trained and sprained an old ligament injury and have sat and stuffed myself while resting the foot that looks like a balloon. Feeling huge and I have let myself down - so I am back.
