Getting ready to stretch after my back workout today.

Hardest, most rewarding workout I have probably ever done. So much so that as I finished up I started to cry! Talk about a release of emotions!
Beachbody’s 6 Weeks of The Work: The Crucible
100 Reps of each:
•Sprinter hop (100 each side)
•Diamond push-ups
•Arnold presses
•Jump Goblet Squats
•T Plank with dumbbell
•Alternating floor press in reverse table top (weighted dead bug)
•Dumbbell jump lunge
•Slider burpees

Ha! Knee was not my problem, but my ankles were sooooo tight when I started. I would compensate while trying to hold the squat by using my shins and they would BURN!!! It eventually went away and my posture has improved tremendously as well.
You should give it a try. Slow increase to 10 minutes and use support if needed. Although, you would probably kill this challenge Mrs Badass 😜

I press "done" probably 70% of the time. It makes sense to me to press it!
Definitely going to try this though! My knees can't bend near as much as yours, but I gotta start somewhere.1 -
