Hi, new to all this ! trying keto - recommended to get MyFitnessPal - total novice absolutely no idea what I use this for ! Just opened it today . Been trying to follow good eating for 3 weeks and no alcohol. Low carbs / healthy fats and protein - have lost 6 kg approx but would like to check I am doing it correctly πŸ‘€
Any advice pointers would be hugely appreciated 😊
