I dont log any exercise. It just seems easier to just log your diet and not worry about calories burned. Sometimes you can mis-judge it if not careful.0

i do it too often to log. it's like housecleaning, i don't log things i do frequently that are part of my daily life.0

Remember those "Shake Weights" from a couple of years ago? Some of the gentlemen could just log that workout if they wanted to be discreet.

For 10-15 mins twice/wk, I hardly think it matters but if the GF was w/me 24/7 instead of just on wknds, then maybe I'd "bank" the 100 cals for an extra beer a wk.
