I love Timothy Olyphant, especially in Deadwood. He also wins for being best onscreen maker-outer (Catch and Release)

Joaquin Phoenix but not for Joker, for any number of his other excellent roles - Signs, Quills, The Master.

Catriona Balfe is exquisite on Outlander.
