Hi all. I'll be 50 on 15 November. I've decided that I'm tired of being overweight, unfit and... Tired! 30 kg to lose, but really determined to turn my health around.

    Good luck with it I'm already there, 51 now.... there is life after 50 after all. You can do it :)
