Hi! Thanks for creating this challenge @cachoey! I'm excited to join and update my weight each day. I'm Amy. 5'2" F, 45 YrOld. This is not my first go at weight loss. I'm just hoping this will be my last time at weight loss. Hoping I can manage it once I reach my goal!

I need to join! I followed one in September and it helped. I missed the October one and barely held my own! I will weigh in on Wednesdays starting Nov. 4th. My goal for the month would be 6-8 lbs.
