Mixing workouts and thoughts?

Ok, so I am a budding runner and in Week 6 of the Couch to 5K program.
I just began the 30 DS.
My quesiton is since C25K is 3 days a week should I do the 30DS on the other 4 days?
or
Go ahead and do both on my run days?
Thoughts?

I'd do the Shredd on your off days from running & let your body rest from the other. They are excellent companion. You don't want to overtrain. Way to go on it all!0

Try to rest at least one day, maybe even two. Instead have heavier weights when you do 30 ds or combine it with running.
What I do is I train in intervalls of 3- 5 days, then I take one or two days of rest. Before and after a rest day I always make sure to put a extra heavy workout. That way I can have a days rest without stressing, and starting of with a harder workout after a restday gives you a chance to really give it your all!0
