Meat times

How it going everyone. New here. So... I’ve always eaten clean and fall off the wagon here and there when TX CRAWFISH boils or BBQ’s are happening.. but other than that my family eats well.
I am currently semi dieting or eating better than usual. I’m actually counting calories and macros for the first time. I have a 8 week 10-15 lb weight loss goal. Also I work out in the mornings on an empty stomach. 12 years in the Army... I’m just a morning person.
So, the question I have is.... what are the best times to eat my meals to get the best results? I’m leaving all my eating requirements and I’m disciplined enough to stay consistent with training.
I eat at different times throughout the day and sometimes I get busy and eat as late as 8-9pm.. sometimes my last snack for the day around 9-10.
I want to do a better job than I ever have before and I think this is one huge thing I could improve on.
Thank you for your suggestions and keep grinding...

It does not matter. Calorie intake are what matter. If skipping meals make it easier for you to keep a deficit, then so be it.7

Eat when you want, whatever suits your life.6

You have an hour to edit, but we figured it out0 -
It depends on what works best for you.
I am up (weekdays) at 5am. Take care of the dogs, walk for 50-60 minutes then shower and get ready/go to work. But I don't eat anything til 9-9:30. And then eat small amounts (meals and/or snacks) thru the day. I have found if I eat something early it makes me hungry early, but I still need my usual foods/times thru the day. So eating early means I end up eating more.
ON weekends I sleep in, not up til 7-8am. And breakfast is still 9-9:30. That is what works for me.0 -
On a side note, 15 lbs in 8 weeks is very aggressive especially if you ONLY have 10-15 lbs total to lose. If you only have that much to lose, .5 lbs a week is more realistic.1
