    So great to see you maintaining. It takes so long and such hard work to get it off. Continued applause.
    It is fun being on this path alongside you, and it gives me hope that when I finally reach my goal that I can also manage to stay there. It is a complete change in lifestyle and eating habits, lots of exercise. I love the exercise part as I am pretty sure that you do too. I now eat half of the portions of what I used to, or have taken a weekly feast (Ribs) and had them monthly instead.
    I still struggle with water intake, I mean, I do it, but I just don't like it, or having to pee so much.

    Anyway, you are an inspiration : - )

    11/4 - 172.9 - 15,665 steps, The weather is unseasonably warm for November. I've been able to get out and walk a couple of times each day. Next week is going to be an entirely differenty story!

    Ended September at 141.7

    10/28 - 139.6 - My 2 year anniversary of joining MFP at 191 pounds. Down 51.4 : - )
    10/29 - 140.2 -

    Week 1
    11/1: - 141.9 - I include my last few weigh-ins from October because I don't want to count down from today's weight as a loss
    11/2: - 141.9 - Saturday's pizza party is still showing up on the scale, but I have had 2 very good days so expect it to shift by tomorrow.
    11/3: - 141.5 - A bit better
    11/4: - 141.3
    11/5: - 140.7 - I have walked trails each day (on top of my regular workouts) since September 17th barring rain. It has been raining and muddy here all week : - ( I miss it!
    11/6: - 139.5 - Sooo happy to see this number.
