Love this App

I’ve been using MFP for about 23 days now and finding it really does help. I can eat what I want, always trying to be healthy of course, but if I slip, and have a few Doritos’ the app figures it in and reminds me of my daily goals letting me know I didn’t really do that bad, continue with the good.
I’ve lost about 10 pounds so far because I was overeating before.
Trying to add in more exercise. I need to lose 15 pounds. Love being a member of this community!

    It’s not always easy but with practice you get used to it and start to know what your body wants and which foods make your body feel good
