What's the most dreaded part of your workout routine?

I love working so hard I break a good sweat. I hate when it's dripping off my nose or forehead, though. The skin on my face will get sensitive sometimes because of the amount of toweling off.0

Absolutely wrong. Well yes, if you’re on a dreadmill...cycling, running (outdoors) beats the hell out of gym. Jump rope is also fun.0 -
Cardio at the end of my weights0

I have chronic pain and exercise intolerance, so every single time as I leave the gym I wonder if I'm going to be able to function today or if somehow I overdid it and will be in bed the rest of the day. But so far I've managed to get it past my body and work out.0

Waking up at 3:30... but the alternative is to do it in the evening, which I would dread more.0

Getting up early before work.

Dreaded cardio on the elliptical 20 minutes every day, then I get to lift.0

Mmmmm..honestly everything.....let me clarify that I don't dread working out, but I don't like/enjoy it either
I work out at home...not a gym person...
I work out to feel/look better in my clothes and so I can eat more

When I go to spin on one of my regular days and there is a sub and I was expecting a different kind of session than the sub has planned. You kind of get in a rhythm with instructors and have your preferences.0

Burpees.
And forgetting my glove with the wrist support because my left wrist is kinda fooked, so forgetting that part really hampers my workout.0 -
The start.
If I can get started, it’s all good from there.1 -

#2 - the workout part2 -
The end of it. Working out is the easiest part of my day. Its the one part where i am in control and need not answer to anyone. Its the part of the day when i can be selfish and do something just for me......its the time of the day where its just me and my thoughts and no matter how bad the day is or will be....its my little victory every day.0

Ab work🙄. I can do cardio all day long and those fifteen lil minutes at the end that I dedicate to abs is the WORST! I sit there for a bit, scrolling through my playlist, trying to come up with reasons I don’t need to do them today. Every day, the same stupid game!1
