I have survived a period of 4 days which included an anniversary dinner, a drinking day, a hangover day (without exercise) and a friend’s BBQ day.
I need to refocus leading up to Thanksgiving which will be a high calorie day. Going to try to skip alcohol this weekend.

I have progress photos in Success Stories documenting the last 10 lbs. I am taking photos every 5 lbs lost.
Goals for this month are to log cals every day, eat 1720 cals per day except on Thanksgiving, and workout 30 minutes 4-6x per week.1 -
@amyr271 -- Me too! I am jumping in mid month hoping this keeps me thinking about my most important goal right now -- to lose the 10 lbs. I've added this past year! (I know...2020...) but if it's really the most important thing to me then I need to make the choices every day that reinforces that, right?
I lost 30 pounds in 2016-2017 after realizing I was becoming a plump old woman, which did NOT match the picture I had of myself, and I ended up at 122 lbs (a great weight for my height and age -- 5'3" and 60 years old -- and I am determined to get back there! I was 128 this time last year, and today, I am 138. So, if this daily weigh in keeps me focused, I am thankful to this group! I can do this because I've done it before.

Not my first time through this -- but instead of feeling stymied, I know I can do it again because I've done it before. I am happy to have lost and maintained what I was able to -- but the struggle continues! I feel better at a lower weight, and that means everything!
