not enough carbs or calories

I've only been at this for a week now... but I'm low on carbs and calories and over on protein... i havent' even started exercising... I'm not sure i can even make it through a workout... don't think i'll have enough umph to get me through it.. any suggestions on what can help?? Any suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance...:smile:

    Eat more. Carbs help fuel your workouts. Eat them, they are good for you.

    I actually adjusted my food goals to favor more protein and less carbs. Not a lot less, but I find that if I have more protein and less carbs I am actually fuller throughout the day. Everyone is different though.

    What's your current weight? Also, what is your calorie and nutrient targets?
