im 39 yrs old scared of dyiong cause of my weight cause i cant stop ,myselfe from eatting all day and snacking all day in between meals what can i do to stop it and get healthy again and lose weight please help me with advise thanks

You CAN stop yourself. You just haven't yet.
When you reach for a snack, drink a glass of water instead, take a walk, do something else instead.
Consider, WHY you reach for more snacks. Is this emotional eating? Some of us eat when we're bored or sad. My husband eats when he's tired and cannot nap or sleep.
Only eat when you're hungry. Some people like to chew gum between meals. If that helps, great. If you really never feel full, you may have a medical condition. This is a real thing, but very rare. Talk to a doctor.
With the exception of those who actually have a medical condition where they never feel full, the way we think guides the way we eat. Consider what is on your mind when you start munching, if it isn't actual hunger, examine it. Disordered eating can be treated. Have you tried talking to someone about it?
Coming here is a step in the right direction. You see the potential for future problems. Now you have to choose what you will do about it.
Don't expect overnight changes, it has taken years to get here, it will take time to change.6 -
i am 55 and 14 months ago I was in your exact position. I used it as a motivator and lost nearly 100 lbs in a less than a year. Anyone can do it, but you have to get mentally tough and just start. Take each day and conquer it and on to the next. Only YOU can motivate yourself and health is a huge reason you should start NOW!6

Why do feel you can't stop the eating/snacking? Is it habit, do you emotionally eat, does it help you deal with stress and other issues? If you are at the kind of weight where it could cause extreme medical issues or worse then I would definitely suggest looking at some outside help. First stop could be your doctor and see if there is any support they can offer - eg referring you to a nutritionist to give you advice and information on what you should be eating, and a counsellor/therapist to work on some of the reasons why you feel you need to be eating so much.
Admitting that you have a problem and want to get healthy is a big step, stick with it and take the next one x2 -
