    Monday- 248 calories for 25 minutes of challenge exercises, 199 calories for 20 minutes of running, and 572 calories for 75 minutes of cycling = 1019 calories for today.

    Monday - 209 calories for 21 minutes of running

    Tuesday- 581 calories for 38.5 minutes of running, 20 minutes of walking, 4 minute Tabata workout, and 20 minutes of challenge exercises.

    Wednesday- 1275 calories for 100 minutes of cycling, 37 minutes of walking, and 20 minutes of challenge exercises.

    Monday- 262 calories burned walking the zoo with the fam. :) I had a wicked hangover today so I'll make it up the rest of the week. :)

    Tuesday- 185 cals: 17 minute run, then lifting some weights during a training session; 249 cals: C25K (26 min); 274 cals: 30 min walk/jog pushing my 2 year old in a stroller; 423 cals: 45 min of p90X plyo. Total burned: 1131

    Wednesday- 491 cals: 51 minutes of running; 30 cals: 10 min weights; 213 cals: 38 mins of walking, pushing stroller; 411 cals: 59 mins of p90x Kenpo. Total burned: 1145

    I didn't take the weekend off!!! I'm determined to get as close as I can to that goal. I really think I could have made it if I hadn't been sick yesterday morning and missed tennis. Tennis would have earned me around 600 calories. I am planning to run another 5K later tonight, my daughter wants to see if she can actually run for 3 miles without stopping, so I'm going out running with her. So that should earn me about 350-400 more calories.

    I'll be a bit under. I had to take Friday off due to an insane day at work, then having to take a kid to the Doctor, but I am pretty close anyway :)
