after gym i take a shower and wear clean clothes. i go to sleep in those close. when i wake up i only put on jeans and go to work. after i change jeans in shorts again for the gym and i repeat this process0

Sleep in my yoga clothes so I can jump out of bed and hit the ground running. I also used to sleep with my sleeping bag on top of the covers so I didn't mess up my bed and have to make it in the morning. The more you know. Rolling ROFLs 3
