Little cooking oil calories

I feel stupid for asking lol
Anyway, I used 3 tbsps of cooking oil, which equals 360 calories; for the WHOLE big meal, served for 7-8 people in a really big pot. Do these calories matter much in counting ? How do I add them when counting?

Divide the amount you used by the number of servings you made, then multiply by the number of servings you ate.

How do you handle the rest of the meal that was cooked in the pot?

Personally I use the recipe builder. I add each ingredient and how much of it (using weight in grams for solids) and I set the recipe # of servings = to the weight of the finished product in grams. Example, say my chili TOTAL weighed 3500 grams, then the recipe would be 3500 servings. Then I put food on my plate, perhaps it is 334 grams. I log 334 servings of my recipe.

So, it's about 50 calories per serving. Make your decision based on how accurately you normally log calories.
