Do you have specific questions? My main tip would be to keep your electrolytes up, aka get plenty of sodium. Usual recommendation for keto is 3000-5000mg a day. You will drop a lot of water weight initially, and if you don't keep on top of electrolytes, you will feel like death.1 -
