👋 everyone!

Need some help with some lunch ideas. Long story short at work we are temporarily without refrigerator or microwave. I am at a total loss for lunch ideas of food that will stay good. Prefer low carb but knows how much that already limits my very limited options.

    Most cold things will be fine in an insulated lunch bag, with a freezer pack if it's really hot. A thermos lunch pot to keep things hot.

    My lunches are pretty standard, salad or soup - both of which should keep/travel well.
