50ish with 100 lbs to loose

Hello all,
I'm back again,
It's my 2nd time here. This time I'm weighing in at 300+, lbs .
My heart failure has really motivated me to loose these pounds.
Hubby and kids are all slender regardless what they eat.
This time I have stopped with the justification to all my EXCUSES.
Since then I've SEEN the pounds drop.
I have heart failure, torn meniscus in BOTH knees, SEVERE arthritis, anemia, asthma, sleep apnea and sleu of other medical conditions that make issues that make it hard for me to exercise or do things to loose weight, but I decided to start with me.
I went and bought healthy food for ME. I started taking steps and walk and work thru the pain, I ate even though others weren't, versus eating late and overeating.
And biggest thing I did was write daily notes.
So if I can be of motivation to anyone feel free to shoot a hello.
Stay safe, motivated, and let's all do this together.
My goal is to be under 300 by end of November. Currently at 307..

Welcome back! I have more than 100 lbs to lose, have been using MFP since 2012, and am trying to get serious again— monitoring what I eat, walking a bit, etc. good luck!0

Glad you came back! What are some of your favorite healthy foods? I like to schedule those in my day so I have something to look forward to.0
