Hi. I'm Geraldine. I am seeking to lose weight in a sustainable way. I had great success with W Watchers many years ago but could never be that rigid with food long term. Night mindless eating and crazy sugar craving at night are my worst issues.

    I have the same problems Geraldine! I just started my weightloss journey but I have a feeling those cravings will creep back up. I think the way we should look at it is if we have a craving for something sweet then fulfilling that craving with a healthier option is the way to go. I am starting to keep fruit on hand and healthy snacks like protein bars so that when I get those cravings I have something to satisfy it. I hope that helps and congratulations on wanting to change!
