OK so here we are again. Last month of the year. The worst month for Holiday eating!
THE CHALLENGE IS TOO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! you choose your mode of exercise/steps and your GOAL.
Come here as often as you can too log your progress.
My PERSONAL goal for December will be WALKING with hopes of reaching at least 100 MILES!!!

Hi, I'm Chris. I'm 70 years old and love to walk. Thank you for setting up this thread. I've been out of commission for a while, so I have no idea how many steps I can do in a month any more. I'm just going to post daily steps and see how I do.
