Hi there. Recently lost some weight on Noom. Want to keep it up and stay motivated. Been on the weight loss train before and always gained it back. Changing my mind set and thinking about this as health, not vanity.

Hi! I started on noom too, I just did the free trial but it got me tracking my food and being more mindful. I've lost 15 pounds so far and want to lose another 40-45.1

My Noom subscription ends Dec 9th & I also want to keep off what I lost while I did Noom! I hope this app isn't too complicated for the tech-challenged, like me!0 -
I also did Noom for a year. It ended in August. I had an exercise injury that resulted in surgery to my shoulder in September. Trying to get back on the wagon and figure out MFP app for community support.0
