When they leave the 100 pound weights on machines. I tell you what, I cannot lift those gracefully. 😂😂

Way to many people with cameras and groupies to film their bad form and stupid moves.

These *kitten* masks are my most annoying gym problem.

    Darn right

It was a couple of weeks ago and I went to the gym late, late on a Sunday; like an hour or so before closing.

The place was darn near empty and I was lifting in the back of the building with nobody within 75 feet of me

I took off the mask and hopped on the bench and starting lifting.

    It was glorious

    It was magical

I was actually lifting and breathing

It felt like 2017 all over again

The roof suddenly opened and light appeared

It looked a lot like this:

    Amen brother!

Leg day becomes a self imposed water boarding session.

I feel like a heavy leg day with a mask on is hazardous. I almost passed out last time. (I’m pro mask btw)

Yeah, for real. Once that surgical mask gets soaked it’s not pleasant and breathing becomes more labored. Hemoglobin probably increased for sure. 😄

I’m also not anti mask and I enjoy discomfort in training tbh. But after wearing a mask under a neck buff at work it gets old.

Agreed, trying to PR with a mask makes me about as crazy as people who don’t put their weights away.

That is a toss up for sure.
