Weather person is forecasting up to 2' of snow. So I'm trying to plan ahead.

1. Figure out how to use this newfangled phone so I can post pictures on MFP of all this delight.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

Am I forgetting anything?

Get whatever things you need to treat yourself to something you enjoy...a new book, a special movie snack, a cozy blanket for sitting in front of the fire, a book of sudoku or crossword puzzles etc. Something that is just for you. 🤗

We don't usually get much snow and when we do it shuts most everything down so I didn't have a snow shovel. But it's 2020 so I saw a snow shovel on sale and bought it. Just in case. It's some kind of heavy duty plastic so lighter than a metal one - let's hope it holds up when needed.

December 4th and we don’t have a lick of snow in the 15 day forecast. The only other time I remember a December day with no snow in ND was during
El Niño. Which is spanish for.. the niño

    Shovel or snowblower
Mitts, boots and toque (aka hat) are pulled out of storage.
Ice scraper /snow brush for car
Extension cord for car depending on how cold it's going to get.

    Or...
Book, fireplace, hot chocolate with baileys and a warm blanket.

Parties are always good. Party of one here though :/
I don't need an ext. cord for my car, don't have an engine heater. But I did buy a new battery this past spring so hope it's good. Sure would like an automatic car starter thingie though.

I bought the essentials at the store yesterday. Milk for my coffee and eggnog for dh. :/ Turns out our storm might be a disappointment; the real stuff will be nearer the coast. Predictions for here call for 0-7".
