Before this, I never used to wear shorts out... like EVER, because i was always so self conscious about my legs and the cellulite. Now that I’ve slowly incorporated more strength training workouts especially for my legs, I feel better about how they look. 😊

    I understand! I still feel self conscious because my arms are SO huge. One day we shall walk around with cute sleeveless blouses. Speaking it into existence!
