The idea of this post is to issue a specific (and achievable) workout challenge. The next poster to respond will accept that challenge and commit to doing it ASAP, but before the day is up. They then issue a challenge for the next person.

I'll do the first two... I challenge the next poster to do 10 pushups.

    I feel like y'all should turn this into some sort of motivational thread where each subsequent challenger posts a photo or a GIF of them in the process of doing what they accepted as their challenge. :lol:

    Oooh me like! But I already have my GIFt me your lifts thread! I am good with either, really and think GIFs are always a good idea haha.

    Also, I was thinking that any challenge could be accepted... So if someone can't do burpees, then they could accept the pushup challenge, as long as they say what challenge they accept and then share their own.

    Now I'll put you on the spot...@KosmosKitten... Which challenge will you accept, and which one will you issue? 😁

    I have OHP on the schedule for stronglifts (so 5x5). Challenge accepted.

    I am going to try this.. I may need to modify a bit, since my ankle is kind of buggered. But still... Challenge accepted!

    Next challenge... Russian twists with some kind of weight... Milk jug, medicine ball, bag of potatoes...

    Just biding my time until you guys set up a *real* challenge like eating half a dozen Christmas cookies or sipping hot chocolate with only 6 mini marshmallows. Something with true grit you guys. :)

    Challenge accepted! And complete. Did 4 sets of 10 body weight because my ankle still isn't quite right.

    Next challenge: side plank 30s each side. (if you need to split it into two or three sets, thats fine too!)
