Looking for complete nutrient logging

Hello,
I’m curious about what nutrients I am and am not getting in my diet. I know the my fitness app has a little bit of recording, but it lacks a full spectrum (I.e. nothing for vitamin b, copper, etc...)
Is this available in the premium version? Anyone know an app or resource that may track such info?
(Again, I am simply just curious and thought an awareness might be useful).
Thanks in advance!

Yes, cronometer does that. It doesn't have the huge number of packaged items MFP does, and to the extent you are eating other than whole foods it will be tough to really see the overall nutrients you eat regardless of where you log, because what is on the packaging is limited. If you are mostly eating whole foods, cronometer will definitely give you that information. I log there, but hang out here since I like the forums and groups here.0

I agree completely. I would like to see a more complete nutrients and macro section.0
