Big woosh this morning. This week has been crazy busy at work and at home. Lots of movement, I think I should have changed my activity level. I did feel more drained at night and had contemplated bumping up to maintenance calories rather than - 0.5/week goal calories. I def could have and still lost. I am now slightly over one pound from my goal however. I haven’t weighed this much since around my wedding(13 years ago).

I have hit my goal weight of 120.0 and then a little. There’s still a bit of fluff around my middle and thighs so I am thinking of losing just a few more pounds. Maybe 115 or 116 will be my goal/maintenance weight. I need to take some progress pictures and see what I think, usually I do those on the 21st(that will be my 8 month progress photo).
