WW points vs Calories.. they don't add up

Here I am again trying to be more accountable of my calorie intake. Tired of avoiding healthy fats and foods to keep my points low and not getting in the proper calorie intake. Just not adding up for me and staying in stuck mode😐

    @DonnasJourney0805 Counting calories works, I have lost 50lbs so far and need to lose another 30lb. Just log everything you put in your mouth and stay below your calorie goal each day and you will lose.

    @cwolfman13 ... You can have all your points accounted for at the end of the day .. but your calorie intake will be below 1200.. some days I only end with like 1000 or less Calories which has probably not done my metabolism any favors.

    Points are a completely made up system and rather arbitrary. The points of some things are inflated relative to their actual calories while points for other things are deflated and or "free" relative to their actual calories. Your WW point target totals are also low because they assume you will also be eating those "free" foods...for which there is no such thing in terms of calories.

    A calorie is an actual measurable unit of energy like a watt or joule...
