Hi all,

I'm 49. I will be 50 next May. I used be in top shape in my 20s & 30s. But in my 40s, marriage, work, travel, stress, kids, and lack of motivation all took a toll on my body. I'm 40 lbs overweight. So in 2020, I want to start a fitness journey. I'm under no illusion that I can get back into the shape I was in, in my peak. I just want to lose excess weight, increase my stamina and flexibility, and lower my cholesterol. Wish me luck.
