    Hi looking at loosing weight, healthier eating and keeping in my calories goal. Have really had my eyes opened with my health, need to be here for my kids and grandkids

    Best of luck to you!! And kids and grandkids is a great reason, I know trying to keep up with my 3 boys is a challenge all the time!!! Of course my time at the gym is my "break" and sanity saver as well!!
