Hi All!
I'm 5ft 1 F (no, not Santa's elf) and just a regular Brit.
Looking to ultimately lose 80lbs. However I'd be happy with losing 60lbs.
I just joined My fitness pal today after being told my surgery is cancelled. It wasn't cancelled due to my weight, and will be rearranged, but the weight is definitely an issue.
As it's the second time my life changing surgery has been cancelled at the very last minute, I've decided that being depressed over it won't help. So now I'm growing some ovaries and trying to lose 2lbs/week and lose 0% of my sanity

Welcome to our little home.
It's true you can only control certain things. And trying to better your health is definitely something you can control!! Good for you for taking the step of joining and hopefully stay sane in the process! I know I always feel more calm after exercise.
