Resistant Bands for Beginners

Sorry if this is a dumb question but if I’m just using resistant bands as the MAIN thing for my workouts (occasionally will throw in dumbbells depending on the movement), do I have to warmup before hand? 🤷🏼♀️
I’m starting with a resistance of 5-10 lbs so I don’t even know how you’d “warm up” for that? 😂😅

I would always warm up to some degree. Just do the movement a few times without the band, perhaps?0

Dynamic stretching is a good way to warm up.1

If you're doing fairly easy movements for you, then you ARE warming up!
PS I use resistance bands for certain home exercises. They work great. But you have to be very careful not to snap yourself! Never trust a doorknob!3
