Looking for friends who interact with their friends to support and motivate and be supported and motivated not just collect friends.

Try checking out some of the Groups, they're a great way to find some of the more active users.

I am also a UK ex-pat (or BREXIT Refugee whatever you prefer), can't promise to be a full time cheerleader but I do check in now and again with my long term MFP buddies and I've been logging in for 3 years and I don't plan to be going anywhere any time soon

Always looking for more friends. Feel free to add me. I am on here multiple times a day and love when my friends actually type something and not just click the like button. Interaction is what helps motivate me and I like to attempt to motivate others.
