    @SModa61 said - X-mas day, eve, leftovers as well as New Year’s eve. Plus this round ends on New Year’s day, so little chance to “undo the damage”.

    Be mindful and ask if any item is worth undoing what you have done. Don’t make it necessary to “undo the damage.” Don’t create any damage.

    @UTMom81 - don't be too hard on yourself at the moment, it's a difficult time anyway with what you have gone through and more especially at this family oriented time of year. Just do the best you can for damage limitation and maybe you'll feel more like it come New Year. If you feel you need to upload some of the grief/sad feelings, then feel free to use me, I'd love to be able to wave a magic wand for you, but the very least I can do is be a good listener, sometimes it really helps, sending you and all your family special warm comforting hugs. Today we’re making and decorating gingerbread people! Luckily, I’m not a huge fan of gingerbread, so less temptation for me to overindulge.

    12/23 I think I’m going to take this round as a check in round and not focus on weighing. My husband and I decided that New Year’s weekend, we’ll do a 2 day fast to kind of reset and refocus what we want to get from the new year. We’ll also take a 2-day break from our phones and the internet. We did this once a couple years ago and it was challenging but so worth it. I’ll fill my time with reading, coloring, meditating, stretching and yoga.
