My name is Alyssa. My old account somehow got deleted and with it all my friends. It was inspiring to see people sharing exercises and milestones moments. I welcome all friend requests because I can’t do this alone.

    Hi Alyssa, Welcome back. I'm Ted and I returned to MFP after 4 years away. Gained a lot of weight in all that time and with the covid stay-at-home-orders. I came back in July when I got sick of being obese (226 lbs) and lost, lost, lost a bunch of pounds. I'm now at 182, still trying to get down to 150 and it's definitely hard during the holidays! I just started visiting the community pages and would welcome having a friend to share with.

    Hi Alyssa ,I returned about a week ago and also wanting to find friends / support within the group.
    I live in Adelaide ,South Australia and trying to get fit again.
