Hello

Hi I am new and do not know what I am doing. I have joined WW many times. I have about 10-15lbs I'd like to loose and it is just plain hard. I am looking forward to learning how to work the website.

    Welcome! This is a great tool for weight loss. Have you done the guided setup yet? If not, start there. With only 10-15 pounds to lose, you should choose 0.5 lb loss per week.

    The setup will give you a calorie target. Then log your food, honestly and accurately. A food scale can help with that. Log your exercise too, and eat back a portion of those calories, too.

    It’s simple, but not always easy!
