Hey Everyone! We are back at it again with round 7!
Congratulations to those of you who stuck it out till the end! It is a long, but amazing journey and our daily habits can help us achieve our long term goals. We are so proud of you!
This challenge is a 100 days of weighting in daily. This is where we track our fluctuations on a day to day basis to see which foods, activities, & movement make the scale move in the right direction.
Day 1 will be on Sat, December 26th & Day 100 will be on Sun, April 4th
Feel free to start whenever you want. Jump in and join even if you didn’t start on Day 1.
The rules are simple:
1. Set yourself a goal of what you want to weigh on Day 100 and work towards getting there for the next 100 days.
2. Weigh yourself daily, unless you can’t (you’re away from home or not near a scale).
3. Don’t get discouraged by fluctuations. Use this as a time to understand your body.
4. Log your weight on here every single day. Feel free to share how you feel about your weigh in as well.
5. Encourage others, including yourself.

Hi,
I am a 5'7", 57 year old female. I am also a kidney/ pancreas transplant recipient since 2009. After the transplant I lost 93 pounds over 2 years. Kept it off for 5 years, until my fiance cancelled our wedding. We stayed together but I gained weight while eating my feelings. In March, I weighed 223.4 pounds. Decided that I was unhappy and there were a lot of things that I couldn't control but I could control my weight. I have lost 62.1 pounds since March 8, 2020. I am now 2 pounds from a normal bmi but still have more to lose to get to ideal weight. In December, my long time boyfriend died of covid after being on a ventilator. I am kind of filling in all the empty time with diet and exercise while I work through the grief.

@Beautyofdreams - You've had wonderful success this year losing weight! What an inspiration. Congrats on getting yourself into shape. I'm truly sorry that you've lost your boyfriend to covid. 2020 has been a real up & down year. Looking forward to working through our goals with you into 2021.

I always reach for a 10 pound loss each 100 even though that hasn't happened.
Day 1: 12/26: 137.7 - Extremely active day, but also ate quite a bit. 451 calories left over in the Green
Day 2: 12/27: 137.1 - I have enough leftovers for a few days, stuffing and gravy is my weakness so I will load my plate with veggies and turkey and stretch out the badder stuff : - ) 561 in the Green
Day 3: 12/28: 137.7 - I was awake throughout the night and weighed less just now, but am using my very early morning weight. 717 in the Green

Day 02 – 12/27 …..203.2…..A nice big Whoosh. I cut back yesterday in anticipation for my very large Christmas Dinner and party today. I expect the scale will be up tomorrow, but I will be a good girl in the days following.
