Hi everyone well all I want to say is im glad I made the decision to change my life around in 360 degrees just over a year ago I was at 367lbs my highest was 425lbs thats when a reality check hit me even though I didnt have any health issues other than being overweight. I was able to drop to 355 and was going back n forth up to 395 down to 370. Finally over a year ago decided I finally had to change and do something different which I did from changing eating habits again to ways I exercised. Its a hard rough n tough journey but me staying motivated having a strong mind kept me going along with the best group of friends whom I work out with just awesome. I wanted to share my success so that you can see IT IS POSSIBLE
